Payments & Orders

All orders on our site are reviewed by the customer and are final. All orders and products may be canceled within 4 hours after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel, you must contact us immediately after payment. Once the printing or jewelry making, packaging, and shipping has started, your order may no longer be canceled if it is after 4 hours.

If your order has already been created, printed, jewelry made, or shipping started, your order will not be available to be canceled if 4 hours has passed from when you placed your order.

Returns

All of our products are made to order therefore we do not accept returns. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order such as damage or lost in shipping as we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Incorrect information does not qualify as a return. Please email us at support@themoonjoy.com where we can get you a replacement poster at 50% reduced cost.
