Payments & Orders

We strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. We understand that our customers will need to make changes to their orders.

As the nature of our products require quick turn around, if you need to make a change to your order please contact us immediately. We require email notification within 2 hours after an order is placed otherwise your order has entered production and cannot be changed. All orders on our site are reviewed by the customer and are final.

Returns

All of our products are custom and made to order therefore we do not accept returns.

We want to make sure our customers satisfied so if there is an issue please email us if your order is 1. severely damaged in transit, or 2. you received a different product than you ordered, or 3. or your order did not arrive.

Incorrect information does not qualify as a return. Please email us at support@themoonjoy.com where we can get you a replacement poster at 50% reduced cost.
